The Pioneer Project is a One Year course for Young people aged between 16 and 25.

This full-time course was founded by Youth Pastors Simon and Denise Curgenven, back in 1998, as a way of training their Young People, helping them to identify and develop their gifts, and use them in a Local Church context.

The Focus of the course is centred around practical, relevant and spiritually sound teaching in the area's of Youth Work, Children's Work, and Schools Work.
Training and equipping each student to use their own personal Gifts and Shape to serve to the best of their abilities.

During our initial 3 Week training period, our mantra is "You don't Learn anything until you Live it" and we try to make our training as real to life as we can.

Then for the rest of the Year, the students are given all the experiences and ministry opportunities available, to practice and hone their teaching and abilities. They also receive quality input from various conferences and speakers.
